I applied to T-Mobile last year in October for a summer internship and heard back in March. I got invited to the Magenta Match at their Bellevue HQ, which is basically like a career fair but for we're talking to managers of different teams within T-Mobile. There are about 6 rounds that are 10-20 minutes long where you choose different managers to talk to and give your resume to. In the beginning, all the teams explain what they do and what they're looking for. Ended up not hearing back from the first Magenta Match and I got invited to another magenta match in April (Pretty sure it was for the TechX) .

Question 1
Why are you interested in working in this department?
Nice interview, mostly behavioral questions that were pretty typical of the interview. The hiring manager was very interested in my experience and my work, which made the interview enjoyable. But overall questions were pretty straightforward, and using the star method was super helpful in answering questions.
