I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Started with a phone call with a recruiter, completed a take home assignment for SQL, and had a final interview with an engineer. Then continued through email until I was told I was among the final three and that they would inform me of their decision.

What was some previous experience you’ve had with risk assessment?
2 rounds, mostly behavioral questions. First is with recruiter, then manager of team. Very laid back and casual conversation about background, resume items, how I would handle certain situations, etc. Prepare stories and you will be fine!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
The interviews were on Teams, and were very easy-going. They were behavioral questions and not trying to trick you. Very nice interviewers. Would highly recommend applying. Only 2-3 rounds of interviews.
