I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Simple but somewhat unprofessional. The person interviewing wasn't properly prepared or on time for the interview. Location was somewhat inappropriate. It wasn't even an interview really, which raises some really question as to the overall professionalism of the company itself.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Hyderābād) in Feb 2026

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Herndon, VA) in Apr 2025
Interview
I got a random call and had a "screening". All I was told was to "answer these questions via email ASAP". After, I was scheduled three rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager, one panel interview with 4 stakeholders that took up half my day, and the final with the senior director. All those interviews were scheduled without asking my avails and just sent an email letting me know when they were scheduled. I did well on all rounds. Got an email from the recruiter letting me know they were finishing up interviews, and I would get a decision a week later. I ended up getting completely ghosted. I followed up twice with the recruiter, and never heard anything. I'm just frustrated I spent so much time interviewing and couldn't even get a respectable rejection.
I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Good interview experience with some very engaged individuals. There were two interviewers in total and they took turns asking sbi based questions. Overall I enjoyed the process and would recommend them.
