Applied and interview in July 2024. HR screen followed by interview with unit head (not the hiring manager). HR screen was standard. Interview with unit head was odd, they talked for >80% of the time, I couldn't get a word in. At the end they told me that they wanted me to talk to the hiring manager next and would schedule it soon. Never heard back from them. I followed up twice and the months following the last interaction. Never got a rejection either.
