Target Back Room Team Member interview questions

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

The interview was fairly easy and went smoothly. They asked behavioral questions to customer service scenarios. They look for a "team member" to join their team. Upbeat personality and that is willing to work.
