I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (Sacramento, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Really long. Took 3 separate interviews with basically same questions but with different managers. Each took about 30 mins but last one took you around the store and what to expect if fired for the position

Question 1
Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
