Was a number of video interviews that thay would review later and then get back to you. There was no "real Interview", you never met with anyone until after you get hired and attend orientation.

How would you respond to an angered customer and what would you do to deescalate.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there

I was brought into the store to speak to the leadership team. I was asked about what skills I possessed and what I can contribute to a teamwork work culture
They reached out through email shortly after I applied, and we scheduled an interview to discuss the role, fit and qualifications. I think there were two rounds of interviews total
