The process was great. I was referred by one of the hiring managers to apply that I would see when in the store over a period of time, getting to know folks. Once I interviewed for the initial position, she thought I should interview for the Team Leader position. So I did. I was soon contacted by a regional recruiter who let me know I would be interviewing with the Store Director and a few days later I went in. I met with the Store Director and one of the ETL's and the interview went great.
