They called the week after leaving my resume at a job fair. I met with 2 managers. All behavoiral questions. I then was sent on to the district a week later. Same type of interview. I didn't feel that I was being asked to sell myself. Perhaps I should have.
Final interview with district manager and head of HR. Already passed the first interview and the second interview based on behaviors. Preparing for final interview. Need assistance with final interview
The video interview was strange and a complete waste of time. It wasn't that it was particularly hard, however, you had to record yourself instead of just having a conversation with someone. It was so time consuming.
Professional process and thoughtful communication through out the over all recruiting life cycle. They seem to have a vetted system in place which is not surprising for a large company
