I applied through my university's career website (Notre Dame). Within a week I got an interview that took place on campus. It was just a 1:1 with a younger gentleman out of the program a few years, and it was mostly behavioral and how you would react in certain situations. I haven't heard back, and it's been 2 weeks.

Too strange for words. Asked questions not related to skillset or management abilities. the questions were from a random list and not aimed to the actual position. The job was to go to the most popular Target branded person.
