I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Maple Grove, MN) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied on a Saturday, and the next day they called me and asked a few questions like how did you found out that were hiring? the last thing to they told me on the phone was what time you would be avalible to interview? (When they say this do it the day of if not busy, you will have a better chance.) I got to the 1st interview they asked simple questions like can you work on holidays, tell us about your self, and just simple questions. They then told me to wait outside so they can find another person to go over the 2nd interview. It was basically the same thing as before and a key is don't be shy to repeat awensers it doesn't hurt you. All in all for (my) very first interview it went really well got the job right away. A side not it also helps if you have connections there.

Question 1
Tell us a situation where you disagreed with someone?
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.
