They interviewed several several hundred people in one day. They had everyone line outside and fill in an application. If you filled an online application, you could go in first. The interviewer asked why I wanted to work for Target. She asked what I liked about my last job. She asked if I was willing to be a cashier.

Interview
I had multiple interviews with different people even though I was applying for an entry level position. In the end, they decided that the position I wanted wasn't open anymore but that they would give me a different one that I was not interested in.
The interview process was very easy. I originally went in for cashier and was immediately considered for a higher up position which took 2 more interviews but it was very simple and easy.
