you are interviewed by two different people (team leads) they ask you a series of questions like what could you bring to the company tell me a time when you helped someone you didnt know
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
