I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Omaha, NE) in May 2012
Interview
Two interviews, both on the same day. I applied in-store and then received a phone call three days later, set up an interview for the following week. Came in, waited for about 45 minutes before first interview... At the end of the second interview (with different supervisor btw) they offered me a position. I had 24hrs to go to an offsite location to take a drug test. Started orientation (paid) two weeks later.
