In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2010
Interview
I am still in the interview process. I had two phone interviews that were behavioral based and then I completed a online test that was a mix of behavioral questions and actual math type questions. I have been called in for a face to face interview. I applied before the holidays so the process is taking a few weeks.
