Applied online and got a call a couple of days later. This was simply the recruiter talking. He told me that he would forward my resume to manager at the store I had applied to.

They have you in the backroom and you have to wait until you were called. Then, there are two parts of the interview. You will be speaking to the hiring manager and leader of the logistics department.
