Very informal virtual interview. Basic questions that you would be asked about retail. I was asked about 5 questions and if you already know how Target runs their stores, that's a big plus.

Q: How would you handle a customer if they were looking for an outfit for a wedding?
Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

Very short and casual, Asked about availability and what is my favourite thing about Target. Didn't last more than 20 minutes and the interviewer was well prepared. You have the choice to do virtual or physical interviews. I chose virtual.

Simple, they asked basic questions. It was in person and face to face. I interviewed at a separate location and transferred. Transferring was hard, the staff does not communicate well
