I applied online for whatever position was available, but when I came in they seemed interested in seeing what I would be interested in/would fit with my skills. The interview was rather short and contained typical questions like, What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Describe a time you didn't get along with a coworker and how you handled it.
Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Interview
Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.

Record a video of myself answering their prompts. After answering all the questions they call you in for an in person interview which is short and just goes through the basics
