I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online, was called in approx 3 days for an interview. Came in and had a very short, disappointing interview. Didn't seem like they needed the position that bad. Barely asked me any questions. 4 at the most. Told me they would let me know something in a few days, never called & ignored my phone calls afterwards. It was all a really unprofessional experience.
You are interviewed one on one and asked questions regarding your work history and what kind of situational responses you have. Specifically, they will ask to name a time you had an issue with an employee and what you did to solve it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (State College, PA) in Nov 2018
Interview
They utilize 3 interviews. In the first interview they offered me 2 different positions. I told them I wanted to apply for the asset protection position. Brought me back for the second interview. Then the third, which was supposed to be with the market AP manager, but that never happened. When I came in, they told me the full time position I applied for would be part time, 20 hours a week. The pay was also something they said could not be negotiated, it was a flat pay position regardless of the experience I had.
Still going through the hiring process but the interview was with HR-brief, scenario-based questions. Answers/Experiences matter and Personality. I have a second interview today with the head of Asset Control.
