Applied online then called in to the store I applied too. Talked to a manager that scheduled my interview a week and a half later. Went to the store and had to do an in store questionnaire. Then had my first 1:1 interview with a manager with 5 questions. Then went to a separate room to watch a video on the position and what target is about. Then had an interview with the backroom position manager.

The interview process was straight forward. Spoke with the hiring manager for the department. Gave brief summary of what roles they need to fulfill. A lot of behavioral questions that was asked.
