Interview was pretty background based and was very easy. They won't take you that serious as they just need workers. You will also be replaced eventually, so don't take the job serious.

It was super easy and online so you were able to retake and do over a question. They were basic questions like what are your strengths, weaknesses and why you want to work for target
The interview process was very easy. It first started with applying online then followed by going into the store for a face to face interview. The final stage was an assessment day involving other potential employees to test our team working skills.
