Fun and easy going interview process. The recruiter reached out right away and was very polite and upbeat. I liked the online interview because it helped me be myself more and enjoy the interview and focus on my answers.

They asked me how do I deal with conflict, teamwork, working with guests who look like they need help, how I deal with different perspectives. They also asked why I wanted to work at Target.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
