Very simple interview process via computer. Recorded yourself answering questions and submitted for review. The follow up was fairly quick and the process was very informal and accessible to almost everyone

How to help guests in store, how to interact with coworkers, how would you deal with difficult customers
Simple, just basic questions like what are your strengths and weakness and availability and my skill set. Mostly wanted to know if I was able to wake up early in the morning .

Interview
It began through an online application which led to a quick turnaround for a phone call. From there I had an in person interview which was quick and professional where I could ask questions and the team lead asked me questions.
