The interview was entirely online. Basically, they play prerecorded interview questions in video format, and they begin recording you for your response. They let you retake around 2 times, and you have a time limit for each question.

Imagine that you are on the sales floor and you see a guest who appears to need assistance. How do you proceed?
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
digital experience, videos will be watched and then you will be quizzed at the end of the videos. you also watch videos on every position available so you have an understanding of the overall environment

Submitted an application on Workday - then to continue the hiring process I completed a virtual interview that asked questions in a "If a customer/What would you do" format - gave you opportunity to respond and explain yourself with a few retake abilities.
