Virtual with no live person. Prerecorded without the option to play back the question, but you can redo your answer up to 3x before hitting submit. I just preferred a more interactive experience.

Name a time you had to overcome a difficult thing at work and the outcome.
Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Interview
Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
