Interview
Their tests are pretty poor, but they take them to be a crystal ball. Process was long, drawn out, and impersonal. After a very long delay I emailed the recruiter who was so nice in the past, but she didn't even respond ... just sent me a form rejection letter. and I think with that I reached the 50 words.
Short interview with basic questions they ask you most about behavior questions to see if you are a good fit for the company. The interview lasted around 20 minutes and got a job offer after but declined

Met the recruiter at a school job fair. Had two rounds of interviews. Did not get offer because they were interviewing for PA and I wanted Texas. They were all nice
