Interview
Took about weeks for a brief phone interview and to schedule an interview. When I got to the building there was about 10 other people waiting. Security checked id's. And then we were given a tour in which ended with a short video and then on to to bullpin of interviews. After that you were herded off to another dark cold room Where you waited again to be either dismissed or kept to do paperwork and a physical because you are hired.

standard process with typical recruiting were not open to much negotiations in terms of salary and benefits. Remote options were almost non existent but the the culture seemed very supportive of career growth

I would say it was an average, online interview. Basic questions like tell me about yourself and any examples from previous work that fit the description needs. Seem to also be looking for a good culture fit

The interview was a straight forward phone screening and face to face but this was before COVID Pandemic started . She ask the typical tell me about a time behavioral questions.
