Target LOGISTICS FLOW TEAM MEMBER interview questions

After filling out the application online, I received an phone interview from the ETL-HR for the position a couple of weeks later. They asked questions regarding my background, my availability, and a time where I had to work with a team. Once I completed the phone interview, they gave me an in person interview on the following day. After arriving 15 minutes prior to the interview time, I had an interview with the ETL of Logistics and the TL, resulting in me getting hired on the spot.

Easy interview, manger asks easy questions, very standard. The manager of logistics sat down with me and told me about what was expected of me and the team, he asked me some questions about myself and what I liked about target, how well I got along with people, etc.
