Target Meat Department Team Member interview questions

There was 2 interviews total, one over the phone where I was asked to answer specific situations that they had given to me. The situations were completely random. I was also asked why I wanted to work at target. The second interview I was asked to complete a short questionaire on the computer that gave me in the store situations. Then I was asked to watch a short video on target and their employees. After this they took me in an interview room and asked me the same questions they had asked me on the phone. Then immediately after they had the human resource leader come in and offer me a job. After this I was required to do a drug test within 24 hours of the interview, along with setting up a time for orientation.
