Tell me a time you offered excellent assistance to someone
just aske to see my passport and stacked shelves for about 15-20 mins and was told i got the job, wasn't a difficult process at all. just asked if i had previous experience in the role and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. this was for a night shift role

Followed by writing down hours of availability and national insurance details they also asked for passport copy
Followed by 1hr stacking shelves whilst talking about current jobs and hours we can do with the night supervisor
