Informal interview, mostly chatting about Tesco. Went through a few things such as Think 25, had about 6 questions. I've had two Tesco interviews, the first unsuccessful. However both were very pleasant and enjoyable, especially for someone such as myself who is shy and very anxious, I felt comfortable in the interviews.

Question 1
Have you ever had to change yourself in order to comply with rules?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
