Interview
Very easy interview, they bring the candidates in as a group and ask them all questions, everyone gets to answer the question. Basically just show you are good with people and you're a helpful individual since it is a customer service based job. They asked for examples from my everyday life where I've gone out of the way to help someone or what I did in difficult situations. So just use common sense and you should be fine.

Question 1
Give one example of how you've dealt with a difficult situation in the workplace or in your personal life.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
