Very good, very relaxed, straight to the point, face to face so none of this online rubbish! very impressed however this was over 5 years ago. In my opinion i had a very good manager carrying out the interview which made it extremely easy.

Question 1
Why i want the job, a bit about myself, where i see myslf in 5 years, etc
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
