Asked the group questions about customer service and what it means to us or how we had dealt with an aggressive or rude customer before. The interview was done by two managers and were open and friendly.

Question 1
Describe a time you had went above and beyond to give excellent customer service.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
