Easy enough interview with simple questions that were mostly about your past experiences e.g. working in a teams, last time you helped someone etc. The staff that interviewed me were very relaxed and friendly

When was the last time you helped a person (stranger, friend, family member etc.) and went above and beyond for them
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
