Online form, then a phone call inviting me to an interview. Very quick and efficient process. The online quiz was straight forward and the interview questions were similar to the questionaire

Question 1
What is one rule that you have had to follow that you didn't agree with
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
