Interview
it was a brief interview process. Applied online with my CV, then had an interview in a couple weeks with the duty manager with a couple easy questions. A couple days later they rang me and offered me the job.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
