Pretty straight forward - Was a 1 on 1 interview as this is a smallish shop. Just general questions to start of with like tell me about yourself - go over some of the stuff on your CV and how it relates to the job your applying for. They will ask you why you want to apply for tesco. Make sure you do your research on the company.
Then there's scenario based questions like the ones below. Learn answers to them- they have a group of 5-10 questions they always ask.
How you worked under pressure, how you deal with change you disagree with, examples of excellent customer service and so on.
After that i had a very simple one hour work assessment on a later date, which was pairing off with a member of staff doing the delivery then doing my own cage for half an hour. Just make sure your friendly, ask questions and get involved etc
