Interview
Brief overview of the job, expect to be asked about availability and possibly skills. Nothing too serious, will only be one manager interviewing you and should only last about 20 minutes.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
