Online scenario-based questions about how you'd handle situations in store. Face to face interview with 30 minute working in shop stocking shelves under supervision of team member. Group task-based interview.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
