Interview
The first interview was on-campus and was a general behavorioural interview based off my resume. The second round was on-site, with about 4 back to back interviews including a lunch interview with the program coordinator, full-time ASA and FSA actuaries. All interviews were mainly personality based, with emhpasis on being able to explain your specific projects in detail, demonstrate interest in the healthcare industry and the actuarial profession

One HR interview with behavioral questions. One interview with actuarial analysts and one with the hiring manager. HR interview was basic behavioral question. The other two were a little more technical. Asked what location I would want to work at.

I interview with Senior Actuarial Analyst, asked me behavioral questions like how I have handled conflicts. It will be not that difficult if you prepare interview well. The look like having good work environment.

It is very comfortable. When you answer questions, the interviewer will takes some notes. Overall it's a comfortable conversation. Be prepared to share some good stories about your previous experience.
