I applied through my university, and was contacted via email to schedule a first round video interview. Unfortunately my interviewer seemed completely uninterested in me and my interview; was checking her phone throughout and as she was working from home, also seemed to be wearing pajamas. It felt pretty disrespectful then getting my rejection note after I felt like I was not treated very well during my interview.
