Interview
First interview was over the phone. It was long and pretty redundant, but the questions were easy to understand and easy to respond to. Still waiting to hear back about the second round of interviews. May or may not accept if offered the position.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where someone wasn't pulling their weight on a team.
I was not that bad. I would say there final stage was almost 6-7 hours. But the actual interview process of that was 45 mins. They spend a lot of time talking about the company and ask you to ask questions to Alumni from your school and current employees.

There was first a recruiter phone interview. the second round consists of the first round behavioral. The second round is a super day that consists of the overview of the program with a case study with up to around 4-6 people in your group and individual behavioral round.

Tell me about a time when you had to learn something in a very short amount of time.
One long day of three interviews and a lunch and breakfast. Kind of like a group interview style but the interviews were one-on-one. I would highly reccomened! It was not that difficult and i think they were more so looking for people who could communicate well
