I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Norfolk, VA) in Nov 2022
Interview
I went through a staffing agency so there was only one "60 minute" interview with Cigna (the other two were a 30 minute teams call and later a ~10 minute phone screen with the staffing agency). From applying to getting an offer letter, the process took two weeks. The interviewer was very sweet and began by introducing herself as well as providing information about the role. Then she informed me how the interview would proceed in sections, behavioral questions, scenario, then some administrative questions. All in all, the call lasted just under 30 minutes. I almost immediately was offered the position after the call.
