There were HR Phone screens followed by all-day interview. The all day interview was a series of single and group interviews. The lunch hour with the entire team was also an informal interview process for determining culture fit

Interview
It started with an on campus interview with two people. One had only worked there for about a year and the other was a manager. Pretty straight forward questions. We went over my resume and and then they asked some situational questions. Was then invited to go to a final interview at the main office for the day.

Interview
Had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, another phone interview with a team manager, and then a day of final round interviews in Hartford at the headquarters.
Went through half a day of introductions to the company and the office, then did another half a day of interviews. There were three in total, including one 1:1 with a manager and another interview with two people - these were both typical fit interviews. The third was a case study/presentation.
