Received a call 2 weeks after applying for the LTD III position. Basic personality and scenario questions asked. It took about 15 minutes to do the over the phone interview. The lady that I spoke with was very nice. She was in a different time zone so take that into consideration when scheduling a time for an interview because you may receive a call from a representative in a different time zone.

Application and Assessment Recruiter Phone Interview Manager Phone Interview Then crickets. A simple phone call or email would be professional in letting a person know one way or another. Application is just sitting in pending status and no follow up after that.
