The interview process for The Home Depot was very straight forward. The goals were to see if you would be a good sales associate. This mainly included if you could handle various situations along with providing good customer service.

Best strengths and weakness? What makes you qualified for this position? How would you handle specific scenarios customers and how to help them. Did not take long, as long as you care about customers and work hard on doing your best you will be fine.
There was an initial phone interview where they ask about your experience and background. A few days later they call you back with an position offer and a location based on how you answered the questions. This is followed by a one on one interview with human resources.

Interview
The hiring process was really fast. My unit job recruiter got in contact with someone they knew at the company and that manager essentially connected me. When they asked what I wanted to do here, I simply replied "Whatever you need me for most.". I was hired on the spot.
