Interview
It was not too complex, a phone interview, video interview, then another video interview and a questionnaire. there was also a paper application to fill out as step one of the process.
The interview process was great. The interviewer gave great insight into the daily job duties. He also explained the issues with managing all types of employees. The interview was shorter than i expected.
