Basic questions like work history, if you can understand math and fractions, are your good with people, driving record etc. Background screen and other behind the scenes paperwork, verifying employment history and etc.
Very easy questions asked are more behavioral. Tell me about a time you had to take to show leadership. Just remember the STAR method Situation Tasks Action Results. Most questions are based on customer service
