It was straight forward, they asked me the basic behavioral question. I felt that they already planned on hiring me before they interview me. They don't really have a strick hiring policy
3 interviews
1st with ssc
2nd with mod
And 3rd with the store manager
They were easy and would also ask for ur work ethic and ur availability for the amount of time u can work

I would say that the team is rather slow to respond, there was a single in person interview that led straight to training where more questions were asked. No previous exp needed.
